My salesperson Gene was excellent, patient, answered many of my questions. The finance manager was very good and respectful and pleasant to work with.

Patrick Turner was patient for hours with us beyond measure as we tried to decide what move to make. He had the unusual combination of being professional and personable. After the papers were signed and the deal was "done", he went so far as to spend even more time with us on the electronic aspects of the car, and further explained what additional options were ... available with regard to apps on our smart phones. The day after the sale, he contacted us to make sure everything was fine. He is truly a fine member of the Volvo San Diego sales team.
So, I bought my Volvo S40 from SD Volvo in 2009. I have to say, I'm very impressed with the entire experience. Knock on wood, the car has been great, with no major issues. What's really nice is, for many type of issues that pop up, the sales and front desk people will actually come put the parts on the car for free. I'm very price conscious and I like the fact that ... for minor issues, someone will come do it for me for free. I almost never came back to SD Volvo because a few years ago, they were going to charge me an exorbitant fee for my brakes to be done. However, everyone deserves a second chance! I feel like they have brought their costs down to a more competitive pricing, which is great.I recently had a piece of the rubber weather guard come off the door and the gentlemen who helped me was really awesome (I think his name was Dave). He was prompt, knowledgeable and really cool. Also, the guy who mans the computer for the parts is funny and very helpful. I really hope they keep up the good work :)
We had two salesmen work with us. Both were very knowledgeable about the vehicle, very professional, and very responsive to our inquiries. Very pleased with the salesmen who worked with us, as well as the subsequent work by the Service Dept on a couple of add-ons as well as one recall. Everyone was very professional, courteous and personable.
I got my car today and I love it. The dealerships in Phoenix did not offer the interior combination or selection that you offered at San Diego Volvo. Great job on the selection, color combinations and very completive price.
